Simply submit a referral form or contact us. Our clinical team typically reaches out within 24–48 hours to schedule an assessment.

We proudly serve the entire Las Vegas valley, including Henderson and North Las Vegas. Our mobile units are equipped to provide care directly in your home or assisted living facility.
Our office team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to assist with referrals, insurance verification, and scheduling.
Mobile clinical visits are scheduled based on the urgency of the wound and patient availability. We strive to see new referrals within 24-48 hours.
